The Lambeth Orchestra's next concert is on 14 May and includes Walton's dramatic first symphony.

The concert begins with Richard Strauss's Wind Serenade and Robert Plane joins the orchestra's string section to play Finzi's Clarinet Concerto.

Tickets: Adults £12, students £6, children £1.

The programme for the 2015/2016 season includes symphonies by Prokofiev, Walton and Dvorak. The orchestra's principal trumpet, Joe Cooney, plays the Haydn Trumpet Concerto in the final concert of the season on 7 July 2016.
